You 've won the contract!! Now, you must perform, and we can help
you administer the contract. We can prepare and negotiate subcontracts
and purchase orders with your team members. We will work with you
on small business issues, including subcontracting plans, "8(a)"
applications, and business plans.
We will help you develop systems and policies, for purchasing and
contract management, and training for your employees. We will help
you when contract interpretation issues arise and when contract
modifications are need.
If the project goes awry, we will prepare and submit claims for
equitable adjustment to recover additional costs incurred. When
the contract is physically complete, we will handle the closeout
procedures and help settle outstanding cost reimbursable items.
If, however, the contract is terminated for the convenience of the
Government, we will prepare a termination settlement proposal. We
also provide employment and labor relations assistance as well as
intellectual property support as described below. If you receive
Government Furnished Property (GFP), then you must inventory, and
be responsible for, these tangible assets. We can perform the inventory,
and maintain the property records and continuing inventory.
